About CloudDefense
CloudDefense was founded by the desire to make all applications secure end-to-end with zero friction. CloudDefense introduces a breakthrough platform for assessing the risk posture for the entire application stack and enables a more agile DevSecOps philosophy.
Requirements
We were asked to redesign the Cloud Security Posture Management Dashboard. The client’s requirement was to have a DEV-friendly dashboard where admins could synchronise their cloud servers and learn about all of their assets, processes, and interrelationships, as well as the risks associated, vulnerabilities, and, most importantly, misconfiguration problems and compliance hazards.
Approach
Our UX research techniques are the most important stage in understanding how consumers think, act, and feel by using a variety of well-tested investigation methodologies to provide answers to product users.
We used a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to collect data from consumers on the internet. Field studies, user interviews, stakeholder interviews, and requirement and constraint interviews were all used in our study. Our team built affinity maps and wireframes that demonstrate data relationships by topic and brainstormed ideas based on the information gathered. After some minor modifications with the client, we finalised the wireframes and moved further with UI Designing.
Since, the product is being developed for software engineers and cloud specialists, we kept in mind that the essential elements of CSPM are clearly visible and highlighted. We designed the UI in dark theme as requested by client. The design was finalised after few to and fros and sent forward for development.
